Scientific advice about work- and exercise psychology

Facilitating employee well-being is your first step towards a sustainable workforce. Investing in your employees will benefit you in the long run. Physical activity is a frequently implemented tool for workforce transformations, and with good reason. It improves occupational health, reduces stress reactivity and prevents burnout and absenteeism. But how exactly does physical activity empower your workforce? And how can we ensure that no-one gets left behind?

These are the questions that set apart effective occupational well-being programs from fun but short-lived interventions. Based on state-of-the-art scientific insights, I offer independent advice about work- and exercise psychology. This way, I support you on your journey towards a productive and resilient workforce, now and in the future.

A critical perspective

Employee well-being is hot, which is exactly why I consider it important to remain critical and offer evidence-based advice. As a doctorate student, I have obtained in-depth insight into the benefits of physical activity for employee health and well-being. At the same time, my research has provided me with thorough understanding of the motivational barriers to get active during or after a tiring workday. I am here for you to make scientific insights from work- and exercise psychology accessible and applicable.
